PURPOSE
For what purpose will we process your personal data?
At Animals’ View, we will process the data collected for the following purposes:
- Sending information related to the defense of animals.
- Manage e-mail communications with interested people.
- Management of the entity's employees and volunteers.
How long will we have your data?
The personal data you provide will be retained for as long as the current relationship is maintained. However, in order to have the maximum transparency with you, we indicate that the general computations with which we work are:
- Accounting, tax and labor: six (6) years.
- Labor: ten (10) years.
However, despite the existence of these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to proceed to delete those data that are not legally required.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
According to the purposes of the collection of our data, the processing of your data is necessary for:

To whom will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided by law or when strictly necessary for the provision of services contracted with third-party companies, with appropriate security measures in place to ensure data processing in compliance with regulations and confidentiality. In general, the data may be shared with:

– Payment service providers.
– Third parties or intermediaries, acting as service providers on our behalf, such as a management or consulting firm.
Additionally, to ensure maximum transparency with you, we inform you that our email service is outsourced to Google, which constitutes an international transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Animals’ View does not process specially protected data.
